Hailing from Ohio, singer-songwriter Daniel Ryan has immersed himself in the soul-stirring genres of folk, blues, jazz and country. Ryan's musical journey began with a profound admiration for songs and artists that came before him; Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Denver and Django Reinhardt to name a few.

At the core of his musical identity, the acoustic guitar serves as Ryan's primary instrument, occasionally complemented by harmonica. His soulful voice blends seamlessly with his instrumentals, creating a captivating and nostalgic experience for his audience.

Ryan's musical journey began at the age of 15 when he first picked up the guitar, and by 22, he was already performing professionally. He released his debut album of original compositions at 24, a testament to his talent and dedication.

True to his folk singer heart, Ryan holds a deep appreciation for preserving traditional styles and ancient melodies. While still crafting his own original compositions, he feels a profound connection to the old songs, cherishing the music of the past.
